in the first place, i shldnt be here now. i shld be staring at and making sense of math. four paper gone. but the surrealness of it being the PRELIMS havent quite faded. it's quite a joke that prelim's supposed to make you realise what you are weak in and eventually let you work on it. cos so far, all i've realised is that i dont know much. so how does the part of work-on-what-you-are-weak-in come in?
after almost 7 hours of exam, this is what i have learnt:
- teachers like to scold people for coming late into the exam hall. when we werent allowed into the venue in the first place.
- the school needs bigger clocks. or i need to change specs.
- there's no point studying just before the exam. the related ques wont appear or that every single fact flies out of your mind after staring at the ques.
- i need to expand my vocab.
- writing continuously for 2h15min causes permanent damage to your hand.
- being able to write about nothing for 2h15min makes you want to thank your ex geog teachers
