- training long-sightedness when you try to peek at your neightbour's answers when you get stuck
- playing around with chemicals not realising that they cause permanent stains on your clothes and hands
- discover fingers-staining chemicals that often result in people asking if it was a bad bruise
- setting fire accidentally (and sometimes not so accidentally) and realise that you can keep very calm despite almost burning yourself
- gossiping with classmates on the pretext of discussing how to do the experiment
- actually seeing what you learn in books although the connection between facts and reality often eludes you
... bad for
- having to try to design experiments esp when you barely know the facts
- taking exams for them
- accident-prone people
- cant be bothered to think much aka uncreative (people) aka me
yupz... after postponing studying that thick stack of chem expt notes, am supposed to plough through and understand all of them in one night. and look what i'm doing now.
